Copilot for M365 Intelligent Meeting Recap

Microsoft 365’s Intelligent Meeting Recap is the ultimate way to catch up on a meeting with recording and/or transcription turned on. This is better than getting your recaps through Copilot in Outlook or Business Chat.

This feature is available with a Team Premium license or your Copilot for M365 license.

To see this recap, you must open the meeting from your Teams Calendar, not from Outlook.

Once the meeting is open, you can click on Recap to see the Intelligent Meeting Recap.

1. Click on the Recap menu item to see the Intelligent Meeting Recap.
2. If the meeting was recorded you will be able to replace the meeting.
3. Click on the Attendance link to see attendance details.
4. Click on Notes to see manually entered notes. Anyone with access to this recap will be able to enter their own notes.
5. Click on AI notes to get Copilot’s meeting notes and tasks.
6. Click on Transcript to see the full transcript.
7. AI-generated meeting notes are available here.
8. AI-generated tasks are listed here.
9. Click on Speakers to see a list of attendees who spoke during the meeting, along with a bar that shows when they spoke and which allows you to go to the positions within the video when they spoke (10).
