As part of our training program for Copilot for M365, we have hundreds of examples of using Copilot for M365 Outlook, Business Chat, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Teams.
As we developed this program, it quickly became obvious that Excel provided the best experience, and by a significant margin.
A couple of tips for using Copilot in Excel:
- The Copilot panel is available from the Home menu.
- Copilot will only operate against a table, not simple range of cells. To enable Copilot on your range of cells, select all cells and convert to a table.
- The Copilot prompt will not appear until you have selected any cell(s) in the table.
In this article, I’ll share some of my favorite examples.
